If your product does not work as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund. All claims must be reported via Discord or Telegram.
We do not issue refunds if the product has been used, if the issue was caused by your own account actions, or if more than 24 hours have passed since delivery without contact.
